Collocation for Critical Information Systems
Overview
Collocation is the process of housing technology equipment in a secure and mission critically facility designed with systems redundancy and reliability in mind. Since 2001 Digiport has consistently provided collocation services, infrastructure management, and internet access from its downtown Miami Data Center. Digiport provides 24/7/365 support, onsite technical personnel and advanced consulting services to assist customers in effective technology deployment.

Space Availability:
Customers are able to access high level collocation from a single 1RU server, Half Cabinet, Full Cabinet, 200 to 300 Sq. Ft. Cages and up to 1,000 Sq. Ft. private Suites.

Carrier Access:
Digiport is located in the telecommunications hotel 200 SE 1st Street. With over 45,000 Sq. Ft. of telecommunications companies occupying space in the property, Digiport gains access to over 15 Primary Fiber Providers. Tenants of the property include Level3, Cogent Communications, XO Communications, ATT/ Bellsouth, FPL Fibernet, Fiberlight, SBC, MCI.

Power Infrastructure:
Digiport is serviced by FPLs downtown Miami network power grid. Digiport has dual dedicated Telecommunications power vaults located outside the 500 year flood plane and serviced through diverse underground feeds from a minimum of four substations. 6,000 amps of 480 Volt power is available on the network. All power delivered to customers is includes both UPS and generator backup. Generator Backup includes seven days of onsite fuel with live run refueling in the event of extended outages. Digiport maintains fuel contracts for emergency refueling events.

Carrier Neutral
While Digiport offers customers a 99.995% SLA on network service, colocation customers requiring direct network connectivity are able to access over 15 networks at the 200 building NAP with Digiport's Meet Me Room Connectivity. Customers can access FPL Fibernet, ATT (ATT and Bellsouth), Level 3(Progress, Epik, Level3, Wiltel), XO Communications, Host.Net, Fiberlight, SBC and Global Crossings. Customer requesting connectivity to the nearby TECOTA NAP of Americas are able to find connectivity at discount pricing through a number of carriers.
