Advanced Network Monitoring is full service managed support for your computer base level operating requirements. Digiport On Call engineers will receive notifications concurrently with customer notifications and provide two way communications towards resolution of failure.
Support time completed by Digiport personnel in the effort to resolve systems outages will be billed at standard support rates.

Basic
Service Options
Basic 1 Network Monitoring is the most affordable option, enabling computer managers to have a system monitoring services of a single or multiple servers without Digiport full management support. Customer will establish the monitoring setup and the system will provide ongoing responsiveness testing from ping through SQL and receive email or text message notification of problems. Digiport personnel are available as needed to assist at normal billing rates.

Intermediate
Service Options
Intermediate Network Monitoring is a view but no action support plan enabling Digiport personnel visibility to issues, with an eye on problems that can be solved without direct access to systems. This tier of service will provide email or text messaging notification to customer as well as Digiport NOC. The NOC will review the system failure and take reasonable action including visual inspection of system located in Data Center for signs of failure. Digiport personnel are onsite from 9am to 8pm weekdays.

Terms and Conditions
In addition to the terms and conditions contained within the General Services Agreement, the following terms and conditions shall apply to Monitoring Services contracted for by Customer.
10.Digiport's Monitoring Service.
10.1.The Monitoring Services provides the Customer with responsiveness and services monitoring of network and computer systems. Systems have the option of being monito licensed space in Digiport's facility (the "Space") for collocating and interconnecting the Customer's equipment, property, and data (the "Property") with Digiport's network. The particular Monitoring Services features and Space are described in the Customer's Pricing Sheet.
10.2.This Monitoring Agreement only conveys an obligation to monitor and shall not also include the responsibility of repairing any failed services. Services failures as detected during monitoring shall be conveyed to customer according to the Escalation Procedures described in the Pricing and Services Agreement.
10.3.Customer shall request any changes to the Monitoring Services in writing. Any changes to the Monitoring Services shall be approved by Digiport and shall be subject to adjusted pricing.
11.Responsibilities.
11.1.Digiport shall provide Monitoring Services for the devices listed in the Exhibit B (1).
11.2.Digiport shall monitor the devices 24 Hours per Day, 7 Days per Week, 365 Days per year.
11.3.Digiport shall provide customer notification according to the Escalation Schedule detailed in Exhibit B (1).
11.4.Customer shall elect basic, intermediate, or advanced monitoring service levels as time of purchase. Included within the monitoring contract shall be up to two events per month requiring Digiport intervention. Additional intervention eEvents requiring Digiprt personnel action shall be shall be billed at hour Support Rates. Customer shall have the right to request a two testsone test per month of the testing service being monitored at no additional charge. Device failure shall initiate Digiport personnel to deactivate monitoring of the device until such time as resolution of the event. Upon resolution of the device failure Customer shall be responsible for notifying Digiport Network Operations of the resolution of the event at which time monitoring of the device will be reactivated. In the event of a planned maintenance by customer on their system that would provide a false positive alert to Digiport, Customer shall be responsible for notifying Digiport personnel prior to the event. Failure to notify Digiport personnel shall result in a service charge of $5/event after the second event of notification. At the completion of customer maintenance, it is the sole responsibility of customer to provide notification or reactivation of systems monitoring. Failure to do so will not result in service credits.
11.5.Monitoring Service Levels. Digiport shall provide support for the Monitoring Services in accordance with the service level objective SLA 2 as detailed in general terms and agreement. .
Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning ("HVAC")
Digiport shall maintain the integrity of the HVAC infrastructure in the Digiport facility and Space at the levels indicated below in any given month. Digiport shall maintain the ambient temperature in the Digiport facility and Space within manufacturer specifications for the Property, with a minimum temperature of 74 degrees and a maximum temperature of 85 degrees Fahrenheit ("the HVAC Availability Objective"). HVAC Outages shall be measured from the minute Customer notifies Digiport of, or Digiport otherwise becomes aware of, the Outage until the minute Digiport notifies Customer that the Outage has been resolved.
If Digiport fails to meet the HVAC Availability Objective in any calendar month, then Customer may request the applicable credit of equal to the pro-rated monthly recurring fee for the Colocation Service.
