This ticketing portal allows customers to access the full history of tickets within their account as well
as track current ticket progress and add additional comments to current tickets

The customer portal is currently in development, the portal allows customers to track equipment in the
data center, track IP's allocated to their account as well as any information related to their systems that
are helpful in ongoing management between Digiport staff and the customer.

on working with Digiport from training information on specific products to general information relating to technologies Digiport uses in practice.
